Remove a patch from the backing sheet by gently lifting it off with you thumb from a corner - fold back the backing paper if you need, and place them where they will have direct contact with the skin. Keep it on for 24-48 hours and use as required. These patches can be used as singles or multiples depending on your area of pain relief for example, or you can cut them into smaller pieces if need be. The healing molecules will also enter your bloodstream from the patch and help with sleep.
