About Me!

Hi,

I have 25 years of academic research experience in the fields of metabolism, exercise and diabetes at the University of Melbourne, resulting in 100+ scientific publications, million $'s+ in grant funding, patents and a co-inventor in two biotech companies currently in clinical trials for fibrosis.

With significantly reduced grant funding in 2015 I left research and moved into small business with a health focus like Patched Up. The website is called Innovating Nature because I am exploring other transdermal options that are not patches.

I thoroughly research and test every patch type. If it does not work, I do not sell it. My mission statement is to make a difference in health. I regularly use a combination of patches myself. If you have ideas for other types of patches please let me know and I'll look into it.
