Our Magnesium patches provide dietary supplementation in a convenient, non-toxic patch. Each containing 12 patches containing Magnesium as magnesium chloride that's easily taken up by the body, especially your muscles and makes an immediate difference. All of the magnesium gels and roll-ons use magnesium chloride, but by using our patches you do not have the mess of a gel for example.

Magnesium is essential for muscle function. It helps fight fatigue and especially muscle cramps. 

As soon as you put a patch on, the magnesium chloride will start passing from the patch, through your skin and into the capillaries below the skin.

Suggested Use

Peel one patch from the backing paper and apply for 48 hours, as required. 

For best results, place patch on clean, dry, hair-free skin. However guys, if you are cramping just apply it wherever - will reduce that nasty cramp pain very quickly.

Store below 25°C in a dry place. Discontinue if a rash or irritation occurs. 

Active ingredients are released over a 48-hour period.

Do not use if pack seal is broken. Keep out of reach of children. Made with non-toxic adhesive, all patches are waterproof.

Can be used with children of any age. The required daily allowance for a child 1-3 years old is 80mg/day = one patch.
