I’m on my third patch now. The first patch came off after a day but I think it’s because I had difficulty getting the patch off from the sheet and touched the sticky bit more than I should. Now the patches are staying on. I’m currently very iron deficient but I don’t tolerate the tablets well. So I’m really hopeful that this will help get my iron level back up!
