After 25 years as a researcher at the University of Melbourne—specializing in metabolism, exercise, and diabetes—I built a substantial scientific legacy with over 100 peer-reviewed publications, multiple patents, and co-inventor status in two biotech companies now advancing clinical trials for fibrosis.

In 2015, as traditional research funding became increasingly competitive, I shifted from academia to entrepreneurship. I founded Patched Up and later launched Innovating Nature, bringing the same rigorous scientific mindset to a new mission: creating smarter, evidence-based health solutions.

At Innovating Nature, we develop transdermal supplement patches that deliver natural ingredients directly through the skin. Backed by peer-reviewed research, our patches support energy, sleep, pain relief, and mental clarity — all without relying on pills, fillers, or harsh additives.
