Iron bisglycinate is used as the form of iron because it is effective at increasing iron levels. Several studies have shown that iron bisglycinate is an effective treatment for iron deficiency anemia, particularly in pregnant women. Iron bisglycinate has been found to be more effective than other forms of iron supplements, such as ferrous sulfate, in increasing hemoglobin and ferritin levels.Ā Iron bisglycinate is also claimed to have better patient compliance because of fewer gastrointestinal tract side effects. In addition, a recent study found that a low-dose liquid fermented iron-bisglycinate supplement was effective in restoring iron levels to normal range among healthy premenopausal women with iron deficiency without anemia.
As soon as you put a patch on, the iron, vitamins B12 and C will start passing from the patch, through your skin and into the capillaries below the skin.

Suggested Use
Peel one patch from the backing paper and apply for 48 hours, 1-2 times per week. To take them off the backing paper, bend the sheet containing the patches and flick a patch off with yourĀ thumb. This way you will avoid taking the backing paper off.
For best results, place patch on clean, dry, hair-free skin. Store below 25Ā°C in a dry place. Discontinue if aĀ rash or irritation occurs. Sometimes when you take them off there is a red circle on your skin, this is justĀ the remaining vitamin B12, a natural red colour, that has not passed through your skin yet.
Active ingredients are released over a 48-hour period.
Do not use if pack seal is broken. Keep out of reach of children. Made with non-toxic adhesive, all patches are waterproof.
